If you are using anonymous access in SmartForms 4.6.9, and need to open any information in a new window, there is something you want to be sure NOT to do.
Let’s say you have a List View that presents a few fields in the grid as your master record. When a user clicks a row, you want to open a window to show them all of the information in the detail record. If you’re just displaying information from a view you’ve already built, it’s easy enough to just use the “Open a subview” rule and select the view you want.

The problem is that the view doesn’t know anything about anonymous access, and K2 will ask you to login. Instead, you need to put that view on a form and open it using the “Open a subform” rule.
Open a subform instead.
Finally, be sure to check the anonymous access box on the subform, because it will not inherit the value from the parent form!
